Our classes are held at Saint Michaels High School (formerly Regency Park Sports Center)- A state of the art, indoor, heated training pool in the Route 3 west area.

From I-95: 
Take the Route 3 West Exit. Go approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto Five Mile Road (if you turn left, it is Old Plank Road). There is a Rite Aid on the corner. Go .3 miles to Saint Michaels High School (formerly Regency Park Sports Center) on the right. Please use the side pool door entrance.
